Today’s recipe is probably the last Mango recipe that I am going to post for the year and that’s why it is very special. Bhapa Doi or Mishti Doi is a Bengali special dessert recipe that is made with Thick Yogurt and Jaggery/Palm Jaggery/Sugar. This time I’ve got a one pot chicken with tomato basil risotto. I love risotto but I just don’t have the time to stand there and stir it forever.
