And just like that, it’s July 1st, and the 4th of July is days away! I’ve always loved the month of July. The first full month of summer brings the longest, hottest days of the year. Fun summer parties, days spent at the pool, summer travel, and the best of summertime produce. July is pretty awesome. Our gardens and farmer’s markets should be well stocked with the best of the season’s produce, from corn and zucchini to ripe tomatoes to peaches and summer berries. Summer is the best time of year for cooking with fresh produce! I’m excited to be back today, sharing our now very popular monthly collections of recipe favorites! As always, there are so many recipes I completely forgot about that I’ll be adding back to my summer menus. I can’t wait to make a few of these! Here are 31 recipes to cook this July! Enjoy!
