I can’t believe that tomorrow is August first, but whether I like it or not, time moves on. The start of August means some of the hottest days of the summer. I’m one of those people who absolutely LOVES the heat, so for me this is probably one of my favorite times of the year (besides fall and Christmas of course), but for the rest of you, I thought I’d be a friend and share seven NO COOK recipes, one for every single night this week. No oven is required, but you may need the stovetop for a few recipes. These recipes have very little prep with minimal dishes involved. YES. Hehe, you are so welcome! Ok, so let’s jump right in and talk all things pizza, pasta, noodles and salads… okok and hummus, and maybe some bonus chocolate too! 🙂 Salmon Souvlaki Bowls: Light, healthy, full of summer produce and delicious!
15 Minute Bangkok Peanut Mango Pasta: one pan, 15 minutes and pasta dinner is done and DONE. 🙂
Hawaiian BBQ Skewers with Sriracha Lime Butter: bring on the grill and all the pineapple please!
Thai Grilled Corn and Peach Quinoa Salad: yummy use of summer peaches and it’s SO easy to make. Leftovers make great lunches too!

One Pot Greek Oregano Chicken and Orzo with Tomatoes: YUM.

Bonus Lunch: Mediterranean Chicken and Summer Squash Noodles with Fried Halloumi…healthy, easy and the best flavors!
Bonus Dinner: 20 Minute Heirloom Tomato Basil Chicken Parmesan Bolognese…soo you kind of need the oven to melt the cheese, but it’ll be on for 5 minutes tops and this dish is SO worth any oven time. Trust me.
