Happy Father’s Day weekend and happy first weekend of summer! Crazy that the longest day of the year is on Sunday. What are you all doing? Hoping our weather stays the way it’s been…warm and sunny and truly perfect. It would sure make for a great Father’s Day and a great kick-off to summer! After so many of you continue to request menu focused posts, I’ve been trying to squeeze them in around holidays. Since Father’s Day is Sunday, I figured today would be a great day to share a collection of my dad’s favorite recipes. He’s an adventurous eater and up for trying anything.
