Happy Monday! And it is a happy Monday because it’s a long holiday week with New Year’s Eve on Thursday, followed of course, by New Year’s Day! I said this yesterday, but don’t you guys love this time between Christmas and New Years’? I’m always sad to see the Christmas festivities end (actually so sad), but I love having family in town for the week and being able to take things a bit slower. Though I do have a hard time making myself do slow. Working on this! I share out this “Popular Recipes” post every year at about this time. Surprisingly, it’s always one of the more popular posts. I never think you’ll really enjoy any type of round-up style post because there’s no new recipe. But you guys have shown me otherwise. I guess it’s nice to have everyone’s favorites recipes all in one place for easy reference! Before I dive into the recipes, I really just want to say a huge thank you to you all. It’s been so much fun seeing what everyone has been cooking and baking, especially this holiday season. I said this at Thanksgiving….but we’ve never seen so many HBH recipes being made. There’s been a whole lot of cocktail mixing, cinnamon roll baking, pasta tossing, and so much cookie baking. It’s incredible and I’m extra thankful for you guys and your constant support and kindness. We love our little HBH family. And with that, I hope you guys are having an amazing holiday break!! Question: What recipes did you make and or have been your favorites from 2020?!?

  6. Molten Chocolate Crackle Pie The crust is buttery, flaky, and sprinkled with sweet vanilla sugar. While the filling inside is warm, fudgy, and almost molten-like. Delicious when served with a dollop of vanilla hazelnut whipped cream. If you haven’t made this yet, make it before 2021. Trust me.

  7. Frosted Mistletoe Margarita This drink!!! I shared this a week ago and it’s very quickly climbing to the top most popular recipes…maybe of all time. A sweet and salty rim keeps everyone coming back for a second round.

  13. Spicy Honey Mustard Pretzel Chicken Fingers Seasoned with homemade honey mustard, breaded in salty pretzel crumbs, oven-baked, then dipped in a spicy-hot honey sauce, followed up with a cooling ranch. These are the “grown-up” version of chicken fingers…that kids love too.

  23. 30 Minute Coconut Milk Braised Chicken with Sweet Potatoes and Rice This was the very first recipe I shared of 2020!!
