First things first, Happy Mother’s Day!
I hope you are all celebrating your moms today, or if you are a mom yourself, I hope you’re taking the day off and doing something you love! Maybe something like drinking a Bellini…or two, with a rather large stack of blueberry pancakes! 🙂 Today I’m checking in with a quick post. You see, I just had to share this fun little Bellini Bar that I created for my friends over at the Crate and Barrel blog. As I’ve said before, I’ve really been getting into entertaining lately… creating menus, planning, cooking and setting up tables for small gatherings and parties. This Bellini Bar is just the start to more entertaining posts I hope to share with you. And guys, I’m SO excited about it, I created this bar with Mother’s Day in mind, but let’s be honest, it’s perfect for pretty much any spring or summer brunch. You can get creative with the flavors, have fun with mixing and matching… and then of course drink up all the delicious Bellinis! 🙂 What is so great about this perfect Bellini Bar is that you can prepare it completely ahead of time. Then just add your bubbly when it comes time to serve, and DONE. Cheers to spring time brunches and plenty of fun Bellinis!
